A boutique firm, Purpose Within draws on an international roster to customize the ideal team for a given project. Our diverse group brings advanced leadership, team, and organizational development expertise to each project. We co-create solutions based on each client’s unique needs and objectives.
Our coaches, trainers, and facilitators have at least 10 years of experience, the majority with over 20 years of experience in leadership & team development and coaching. We are International Coach Federation (ICF)-certified coaches and learning specialists who have been trained and certified in a range of coaching, training, and organizational development models.
Our project, contractual, and financial management capacity enhances our efficiency and effectiveness. This combined with hands-on attention leaves our clients free to focus on program implementation.
