The client-coach relationship is a unique match between personalities. You need to see me as someone who can help you achieve the results you desire! There has to be a "client-coach connection," which I believe can be determined through an initial coaching session.
For that reason, prior to hiring me as your personal coach, I will deliver a no-obligations coaching session. If we decide to move forward with the client-coach relationship, we will set-up a 2 to 3-hour Discovery Session to uncover your needs and goals, and design our Client-Coach Alliance. At that time, we will also schedule future coaching sessions which will take place over the phone for a minimum of three months.
Through one-on-one telephone sessions, I listen attentively, ask pertinent questions, brainstorm options, and recommend assignments to help you reach your goals. As the client, I ask that you show up prepared to work toward your goals. Some examples of typical client goals are:
